5 out of 5 starsI haven't had time to read through all of it, but I can understand it, and it looks well laid out and very well explained. (I've been looking at this pattern for years, and I'm very excited to finally have it. The hair especially looks like it'll be fun to put together!)

If you want me to create a special item, I do the job, I send you a photo and if every thing's OK, I list it on my shop so you never have to pay before you know exactly what you're buying.
Shipping
All items are shipped by the post priority mail with tracking number for delivery to these destinations: France, USA, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Hungary , Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, for other destinations tracking stops at the French border.
Packing:
Your items will be carefully packed in a secure package and shipped in a bubble envelope or a box. For a personalized short message, just leave me a note when ordering.
Delivery Address:
We ship to your Etsy address, please make sure it is correct. If you want to send your order to an address other than what is specified in your Etsy account, leave us a note when ordering. We can not be held responsible for incorrect or outdated addresses.
Delivery time:
Items ready to ship will be sent within 24 hours to 3 days after payment. For items that are made to order production time is approximately 1-2 weeks, you can contact me for a more accurate time. A message will be sent as soon as the order is shipped.
The order for France usually take 2-3 days to arrive.
International orders usually take 5 days to 3 weeks to arrive. Packages can take longer to get to international destinations and customs declarations may depend on your country.
